Product application:

1.The main motor drives the inner and outer drum of the set to rotate at full speed. The material is introduced into the drum through the feed pipe. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter cloth and the inner drum wall filter hole and is discharged from the inner drum. It gathers in the gap between the inner and outer drums, passes through the through hole of the siphon chamber, enters the siphon chamber, and is then pumped out of the machine by the siphon device.

2.The solid phase is retained in the inner drum to form a circular filter cake layer. Stop feeding after reaching the predetermined volume, further separation, and washing can be carried out at this time.

3.After the washing and separation are completed, the scraper automatically rotates to scrape off the solid phase and discharge it out of the conveyor through the feeding screw. Then, the screen is automatically washed and the next cycle begins.

4.The siphon scraper discharge centrifuge is suitable for separating suspensions containing solid particles with a particle size greater than 0.015mm and a concentration range of 25-60%. Suitable for solid-liquid separation in industries such as chemical, food, pharmaceutical, etc., such as starch, citric acid, amino acids, etc
