Product structure and characteristics:

After the motor drives the drum to reach full speed, the feeding valve automatically opens, and the suspension enters the drum along the feeding pipe. The liquid phase is centrifuged and thrown out through the filter screen and drum wall filter holes, and flows out from the tangential discharge port on the casing. The solid phase is intercepted inside the drum. After reaching the set time, the feeding stops. After a given time of separation and dehydration, the washing valve acts, and the washing liquid enters the drum through the washing tube to wash the filter cake. After washing, the separation continues to achieve the required dryness of the filter cake, and then the material is unloaded. The scraper frame rotates to cut into the filter cake layer, scrape off the filter cake, and discharge it from the hopper.

GK centrifuge is a filtration centrifuge that operates continuously, with scraper discharge and intermittent operation. Suitable for separating suspensions containing medium or fine particles (0.01mm-5mm), as well as suspensions containing short fibers (fiber length less than 4mm); The concentration range of the suspension is 10% -60%. This series of centrifuges adopts a combination of hydraulic and electrical control methods, which can achieve a high degree of automation. The feeding, liquid removal, washing, unloading and other processes can be manually operated, and PLC can be used for fully automatic control.
