In 2003, through years of technical research and based on years of successful experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries, we drew on and learned from advanced foreign technologies to develop AUT centrifuges suitable for large processing capacities in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. In 2004, based on this, we also developed the PAUT plate centrifugal machine, which further improved its technical performance. Its motor adopts a top mounted design, directly connected to the main shaft, completely avoiding the defect of powder layer contamination caused by the friction of the centrifuge belt using conventional transmission methods. When designing, full consideration should be given to the ease of cleaning, disinfection or sterilization, ease of production operation and maintenance, and the ability to prevent errors or reduce pollution. The surface in direct contact with materials is smooth, flat, easy to clean or disinfect, corrosion-resistant, and does not undergo chemical changes or adsorb drugs. The lubricants, coolants, etc. used in the equipment do not cause contamination to the materials or containers. After two years of application, it has received widespread praise from users. Main features: 1. Flat plate structure and liquid damping vibration reduction technology: By using a flat plate structure, the operation is smoother and more convenient; The application of liquid damping technology makes the isolation and vibration reduction performance of centrifuges more superior; No basic installation form, convenient for machine installation and maintenance. 2. The casing and base adopt a fully load-bearing casing structure with flat steel connections, making the structure simpler and the whole machine more compact. 3. The bearing has a longer supporting length and better load-bearing performance; The bearing seat is independent and equipped with upper and lower oil injection channels, making operation and maintenance convenient. 4. The motor is directly connected to the main shaft without a transmission belt, completely avoiding the pollution of friction dust on the environment. 5. The sealing of the lower bearing end cover adopts double sealing, which can ensure the sealing effect. The spindle adopts new anti-corrosion technology, which can protect the spindle from corrosion. 6. Equipped with gas assisted scraper and gas recoil device, it can effectively eliminate residual filter cake layer, facilitate filter cloth regeneration, and improve filtration efficiency. 7. The application of online cleaning and nitrogen explosion-proof devices can meet the requirements of online cleaning and achieve application in explosion-proof situations. 8. Automated human-machine interface control: Similar to the LGZ model, the configuration of automation and safety protection devices has improved the degree of automation control and safety performance of the machine. 9. Driving forms of action components: There are two options for customers to choose from: hydraulic and pneumatic, to meet the requirements of different occasions. Standard configuration: ◆ Structure: The shell is equipped with a flip cover, feed pipe, washing pipe, observation mirror, exhaust port, and lighting hole; The enclosed structure, drum, casing, flip cover and other components are made of stainless steel material (SUS304). The base and other components are cast parts, with stainless steel lining on the surface. The surface of the drum, the inner and outer surfaces of the casing, and the exposed parts of the machine are all polished.
