Working principle:

This machine operates based on the principle of centrifugal filtration. Wet coal passes through the feeding port and enters the space between the sieve basket 1 and the worm gear scraper through the distribution plate. Under the action of centrifugal force, water and some small particles of coal are used as centrifugal liquid to pass through the material layer, pass through the sieve basket, and then discharged from the machine through the discharge pipes located on both sides of the machine; Due to the speed difference between the worm wheel scraper and the sieve basket, the coal particles on the inside of the sieve basket are scraped off the sieve basket by the worm wheel scraper and fall into the outlet chute under the machine, which is discharged as dehydration products outside the machine.
