The working principle and usage method of a fully automatic centrifugeThe working principle of a fully automatic centrifuge is to use the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotation of the separation drum, combined with the separation filter screen, to separate the liquid and solid in the mixed material. It is a rotary filtration type automated centrifuge. In addition, users can independently set the program to complete the separation operation according to their implementation needs, which is simple and stable. Main working principles and processes: After the host is turned on to a certain speed (usually medium speed), the mixed liquid materials that need to be separated automatically pass through the feeding port and feeding pipe, and enter the high-speed rotating separation drum of the centrifuge. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, solid-liquid separation is achieved through the small holes of the sieve drum. The solid (such as gypsum) retained on the sieve is closed at the set threshold when the filter cake inside the drum reaches the set threshold. After washing with clean water and high-speed dehydration, the main machine is then operated at low speed to separate the solid from the drum using a scraper. The separated solid is discharged from the discharge hopper. According to the process requirements of the separation operation and the differences in physical properties of the materials, corresponding adjustments can be made through a programmer or manually operated before driving according to the time required for each process (feeding, dehydration, scraping, etc.). Usage of Jiangsu Shengli Fully Automatic Centrifuge: (1) Before use, check if the machinery is functioning properly. (2) Place the washing material of the level gauge evenly in the inner rotating cage. (3) Start the motor to gradually increase the speed of the inner rotating cage. According to the type of solid, it usually takes 5-10 minutes to complete the dehydration. (4) Press the "Stop" button to power off the motor. After natural deceleration for a period of time, the dehydrator operates the brake lever to perform intermittent braking operations, achieving a stop of the inner rotating cage. (5) After the machine stops, the solid can be removed. |
